I was born and raised in Edmond Oklahoma.  I earned my Family Relations and Child Development degree from Oklahoma State University.  After teaching in the Edmond Public Schools for a time I obtained my Masters in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma.  While working as a school counselor in Edmond Public Schools, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor.

My approach to therapeutic counseling begins with assessing my clients’ social, emotional, physical and spiritual health.  I incorporate various counseling methods as best fit individual needs in order to help my clients learn healthy coping skills, and teach them to overcome the obstacles life has placed in their paths.  It is my prayer that I am able to guide each client to find peace amid life’s storms, and to live the joy filled life that God intended.
