Welcome to

Stacey Tate, LPC

Welcome. I'm glad you're here.

Life can be challenging, and there are times when we all need support navigating difficult circumstances, overwhelming emotions, or unexpected transitions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck, counseling can provide a safe space for healing, growth, and renewed hope.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents, adults, and women to address a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. Drawing from years of experience in education and counseling, I provide individualized treatment tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we will develop practical strategies to improve communication, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. No matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater emotional wellness, personal growth, and a more fulfilling life.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you take the next step toward healing and hope.
